The Old Boot Restaurant
This extensive renovation of an old commercial building upgraded the structural capacity as well as brings the building up to current code standards. The building consisted of a series of additions that were built over time, and both electrical and plumbing systems were completely redone. The original timber beams were maintained, and the upgrades kept this theme. The restaurant has maintained the character of the old structure and carried this through to the interiors.
