The Landing
This fifteen unit condominium project was designed in association with Teryl Mullock Architect for a site in downtown Gibsons. The project was designed as two separate building to follow the site topography and take advantage of the ocean view. The parking is located between the buildings and consists of a combination of carports and enclosed garages. Outdoor walkways allow the units to have window at both ends, and large outdoor decks provide private outdoor spaces.
