Midtown

This project was designed in association with Teryl Mullock Architect for a site close to the downtown core of Sechelt. These small units were designed using modular construction techniques and were brought to the site and lifted into place. Outdoor walkways allow the units to have windows on both sides, and provide common sitting areas. The structure uses a combination of steel and timbers as a reflection of the semi-industrial nature of the neighbourhood. A car co-op is provided for residents to minimize the impact of parking on the site.
